- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

- Shipping Costs

- Domestic Shipping (Within INDIA)
We currently ship within INDIA.
Shipping Carriers: We primarily partner with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart and India Post, depending on your location and the serviceability of your area.
- International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
- Shipping Restrictions and Considerations
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Carrier, e.g., USPS.
- Incorrect Shipping Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Nature Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You can also reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it from the carrier if possible. If you have already accepted the package, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at natureperfumes2025@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage.
