At Nature Perfumes by WAJAM ENTERPRISES, your satisfaction and safety are our priorities. Due to the hygienic nature of perfumery, attar, and essential oil products, we have clear guidelines for refunds and returns.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  1. Unopened, Unused, Original Packaging
    Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged. Once a product is opened or its seal is broken, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for health and hygiene reasons[1][5].
  2. Request Window
    Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. Proof of Purchase
    You must provide the original receipt, order confirmation email, or other valid proof of purchase to process your return[3].
  4. No Returns on Samples or Decants
    Due to hygienic concerns, samples and decants are final sale and cannot be returned[2].
  5. No Returns on Used/Opened Products
    Any product that has been opened, used, or whose seal is broken is non-returnable and non-refundable[1][5].

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at info@natureperfumes.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Pack Securely
    Package the product securely in its original packaging. Ensure the bottle is protected to avoid damage during transit—damaged returns will be rejected [1].
  3. Ship the Return
    Follow the instructions provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Refund
    After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund (or exchange) will be processed within 7 business days, using the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photo evidence. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
  • Final Sale Items
    Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
